Return Policy

We want to ensure you are happy with the delivered product. Once the product leaves our facility, there is possibility for damage during transit. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If damage or a broken seal is found on the product(s) upon arrival, please contact customer service immediately. Do not use any product received with a broken seal or showing visible damage. Once a claim is recorded, our customer service team will ensure replacement product is sent out. All claims must be made within 72 hours of the delivery date recorded by the package's trackng number. Photos of the damaged product may be requested to process a claim.
